3. Purchases & Payments

3.1 All prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT where applicable.
3.2 Persona Luxe reserves the right to adjust product pricing at any time without prior notice.
3.3 Payments are processed securely through trusted third-party payment gateways integrated with Shopify.
3.4 Once payment has been confirmed, orders are considered final. No cancellations or refunds will be issued after confirmation unless required under our Returns Policy.

4. Returns & Refunds

5.1 Due to the hygienic and personal nature of fragrance products, we do not accept returns based on personal preference.
5.2 Any damaged or defective items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, with clear supporting evidence.
5.3 Refunds are only issued in cases where an order cannot be fulfilled due to confirmed stock unavailability and no suitable replacement is selected.

5. Limitation of Liability

Persona Luxe shall not be held liable for:

  • Allergic reactions or sensitivities to fragrance ingredients

  • Misuse of products

  • Any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products
